Please inspect your Orders upon receiving them and contact us via email immediately within 24 to 48 hours if your item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can inspect and try to correct the problem.
Non Refundable:
Items that cannot be refunded or exchanged, are as follows, special orders, and or personalized items & Drink wear due to health concerns & Covid 19.
We also will not accept exchanges or returns on sale items.
Exchanges:
please email us within 24 to 48 hours regarding the exchange. Exchanges will only be excepted if the wrong size or wrong color or wrong product of an item was received due to our mistake. Item must be received unworn, unused, and in it's original packaging.
Refunds:
You will need to email me with a picture of the original product and the size inside & reason for
retuning. The product has to be returned unworn and unused & in its original packaging,
after receiving the email and reviewing the pictures & problem,and being accepted. You can then return the item. Once received the item will be inspected again. As long as the item is in good condition and in original packaging, the money will then refunded in it's original form it was received. Please know that it may take a few days to show up into your bank account depending on your bank and or credit card company. To receive your new item quicker after you recevie you approve return you can reorder the item while your waiting.
